I just sent an email. When can I expect a response? We typically respond to emails in 1 business day. Emails are responded to in the order they are received; please refrain from sending any follow-up before that time, so that we may assist you in the most efficient manner possible.

What is the status of my order? We work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We know you’re excited to get your Ashli James! We typically take 4-5 business days to process orders. This does not include shipping time. Please check your order shipping confirmation email to track your order while it’s in transit.

I received a tracking number but my status has not been updated: Our system emails you as soon as your order is being processed by us with a shipping confirmation. Please check the tracking link for further information. If your tracking information has not been updated after it’s been accepted by the shipping provider, please contact your shipping provider, we have the same information as you once your order has been received by the shipping provider. Please contact them about shipments prior to contacting us as we will also advise you to contact the shipping provider. 

I would like to cancel my order: If you’d like to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing ashlijamesllc@gmail.com. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. At this time we are not accepting returns, if you’ve been sent an incorrect item and would like to exchange it, please send us a note to the email address listed above.
